Group Manager at TUBITAK June 1998  -  October 2004  (6 years 5 months) I directed an R&D team of more than 40 members in the area of public key infrastructure (PKI) and application software development. There was also an extended responsibility of another group of experts on ICT (information and communication technologies) policy making. The group has managed to develop Turkey’s first in-house PKI software. During the term, several projects with a total budget of millions of dollars managed, the first field survey on the ICT Usage of Households in Turkey was conducted and published.
